Product Description

The TCMT Series is a precision indexable turning insert for stable, productive lathe operations. Manufactured from premium ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide, it combines high hardness with the toughness needed for consistent, chatter-free cutting and a superior surface finish.

The engineered chipbreaker controls swarf across a broad range of feeds and depths of cut, while the multi-layer coating resists crater and flank wear at high cutting speeds. Multiple indexable edges deliver an excellent, predictable cost per cutting edge.
